Finally upgrading from FormBuilder 0.9 to current version as I have time
and a dev area in which to do it.
Question:
Should I first upgrade to 0.10.0 and run the fix scripts and THEN
continue upward?
Or should I just upgrade to 0.13.0, then run the 0.10.0 fix scripts and
then address any additional
changes between 0.10.0 and 0.13.0?
