Issues with flexy, elements and include

Just discovered a fault with Flexy that I cant work out why, I am including a template inside another template, I am also sending an elements array to the main template which i would like to path through to the included template , here is how I have done it, <flexy:include src="videolist.html" /> This i put inside the videolist in a form and also in the main template only the main template got parsed. <SELECT name="episodeID"></SELECT> Here u can see no elements being sent to the inlcude file in the compiled file ?? $x = new HTML_Template_Flexy($this->options); $x->compile('videolist.html'); $x->outputObject($t);
