Change delimiters in HTML_Template_IT

Hi all, I'm using for a proyect HTML_Template_IT for parsing my HTML files, and it's working great. The problem I have is that I need to parse a special file for which I need to change the delimiters of the string variables from {} to something else (I want to use []). But there is only a method for changing the opening delimiter, but not the closing one. It's not that hard to make this method (I would copy the one that exists and change sone of the variables), but I would like it to be commited, si the next "pear upgrade HTML_Template_IT" won't destroy my work.
