HTML_Quickform and prevent from populating

When I make a form and submit it and process it, I have a problem where if you hit the back button, it gives you the form filled in with the values you set it at since it sees those values in the post. How would I prevent this? I've done a workaround where i set a default value="" but that seems kinda ugly. -jonathan
