Using PHP 4.3.10 and DB_DataObjects 1.7.2 (what was current when I wrote this app), the getLinks() method works perfectly fine on my system but does not resolve the necessary classes when on my web host. My host doesn't have a shared PEAR repository so I have one local to this app. A test script is below.
Have you updated the path in the DataObject.ini file? If the path to the DataObjects or require prefix is different you need to change that. Also, have you set up your include path in the same way?Yes in both cases. If there's a problem with the DataObject.ini file, wouldn't the factory method not work in the first place?

Because while copying and pasting stuff into the test script I made an error, apparently. :-) When I dropped the second block, though, there was no change either on my system or the web host. -- Larry Garfield AIM: LOLG42 larry@garfieldtech.com ICQ: 6817012 "If nature has made any one thing less susceptible than all others of exclusive property, it is the action of the thinking power called an idea, which an individual may exclusively possess as long as he keeps it to himself; but the moment it is divulged, it forces itself into the possession of every one, and the receiver cannot dispossess himself of it." -- Thomas Jefferson$config = parse_ini_file('db_dataobject.ini',TRUE); foreach($config as $class=>$values) {Why are you paring the ini file twice?
