I'm using PEAR for managing databases. My web site has been proved for a
long time. It was running over Windows 2000 AS, and the specific db manager
used was MySQL 3.23. Now we moved the site to Solaris; the php was compiled
as an Apache module and the cmdline was:
'./configure' '--with-apxs=/usr/apache/bin/apxs'
'--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql' '--enable-calendar'
In my code I have something like this:
$result = $db->query($query);
if (DB::isError($result))
return EC_QUERYERROR;
return proccessQueryResult($result);
This code runs perfectly in my W2k system but fails over Solaris by always
returning EC_QUERYERROR.
The query I'm executing is correct. I checked it on the mysql
cmdline(besides it works over W2k).
Is there any idea of what can be happening?
Manuel.
