Hi,
i am a bit confused after i found out, that after Installing a package
with pear (0.91-dev), the corresponding file under /usr/share/pear are
world writable
morannon:~# ls /usr/share/pear/Auth/ -ls
total 28
20 -rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 19238 Jul 30 11:53 Auth.php
4 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jul 30 11:53 Container
4 -rw-rw-rw- 1 root root 2731 Jul 30 11:53 Container.php
in my opinion this is a bug.
I use php 4.1.2 on a debian woody system.
