Hi,
I tried to install APC on my freshly installed SuSE 9.3 with PHP 4.3.10
from the distribution, but I got an error:
---
# pear install APC
downloading APC-3.0.4.tgz ...
Starting to download APC-3.0.4.tgz (63,073 bytes)
................done: 63,073 bytes
35 source files, building
running: phpize
sh: phpize: command not found
`phpize' failed
---
The script phpize indeed doesn't exist. Why is this not available? Where
do I get it from? I am afraid it is only available if I install PHP from
the sources, right?
