QuickForm's date element / addEmptyOption

Hi,
I'm using QuickForm's date element with addEmptyOption = true. In all my
projects this works as expected. But today after uploading a project on
a new server I got a strange behaviour: The empty options in alle date
fields were arranged at the end of the select lists.
On the server the same PEAR files are used, I have checked both the
include_path (contains only the uploaded PEAR path, not any other PEAR
paths that may exist on this server) and the HTML/QuickForm/date.php -
exactly the same file as on my local machine is used.
Any ideas how to solve this?
