Yes, have a look at

This deals with all the
<flexy:* tags,
to implement another namespace, eg. mytags create a file in the same
folder called Mytags.php, with the class
HTML_Template_Flexy_Compiler_Flexy_Mytags
The method toString() is called by the compiler, and you should return
the compiled version of the string..
