Greetings!
I want to ask you, if there is something like UNIX ``file'' command
in PEAR. I'm developing file management web interface and I want to warn
user, if file which he or she is going to edit is not regular text file.
My fast glance at PEAR sources tells me, that there is nothing like
that. I will be really glad, if it is not true. ;-)
