AFAIK, at least as SDG does it, there is no offset that pager provides. It may provide one but SDG doesn't use it. SDG just uses the current page and per-page count to get the offset.
does this work with both jumping and sliding? it seems to be that the offset would be different depending on which type you use. regards, Lukas
