I get the following error when I attempt to make a form using PEAR::HTML
QuickForm:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _formizearray() in
/usr/local/lib/php/HTML/QuickForm/advcheckbox.php on line 196
Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? I have all of
the QuickFrom files in the correct place I think.
QuickForm.php is in: /usr/local/lib/php/HTML/
All of the QuickForm files is in: /usr/local/lib/php/HTML/QuickForm/
Thank you for your help.
