I sent an email to the pear-group distribution list suggesting a wiki to add
depth to the PEAR Repository documentation.
I received a reply stating that a wiki for the PEAR Repository is currently
'in progress', so it seems this need will be met.
I'm not sure, however, what the 'in progress' status really means, since
I've been able to implement most PHP wiki packages I've looked at in no more
than 30 to 60 minutes, but perhaps they're purpose-building a wiki app, or
planning to have it pre-populated with information, on which the PHP
community can build.
So, at some point in the future it looks like we'll have a wiki repository
to contribute towards.
Much warmth,
Murray
