Quickform: hierselect - how can you use <BR> as separator AND label the second list?

It looks to me like you can indicate a separator OR
name the second list, but not both.
Hopefully, I am wrong but wanted to check before I
give up and move on.
Here's the code I am using:
$sel =& $form->addElement('hierselect',
'neighborhood_house', 'Neighborhood:', array('style'
=> 'width: 18em;'), ' House: ');
Or you can choose the selector:
$sel =& $form->addElement('hierselect',
'neighborhood_house', 'Neighborhood:', array('style'
=> 'width: 18em;'), '<b/>');
