Structures_DataGrid customization

Hello, I need some customization on DataGrid (with formbuilder integration), 1 - I need to add tooltips (with overlib, they goes in an "A" tag) to the column headers, maintaining the sort functionality (which is also in an "A" tag), should I build a new renderer or is there a way to "decorate" the column headers before datagrid builds them? I've already done this "decoration" using callbacks for data cells, but I didn't succeed with columns headers. 2 - Date fields are not localized (indeed they are in formbuilder), i.e. I need DMY and they are YMD, do I need a callback for those fields or I missed some configuration option?
