I appologize for the confusion. Let me try this again.
I have already put together a frontend for a database that uses MS Access. I am trying to get away from all of that and put it all on the web but one of the things they are not liking is the inability for forward and back navigation buttons.
I have looked at the FormBuilder_Frontend but I have most of the website already built and was hoping I wouldn't have to add that extra layer.
So in this case would it just be easier to include basic buttons with links to the next record in the set then? I guess I was hoping there was a more... streamlined method.

I am trying to create the ability for navigation buttons (or even something along the lines of Structure_DataGrid capabilities) for a group of records, say, limited to a specific customers' orders. So why not use Structures_DataGrid? It pages data just fine.
I have been scouring around the internet searching the newsgroups and such but haven't had any luck. Does anybody have any code snippets for QuickForm that show a good way for how to do this? This really has nothing to do with QF...the buttons are your own thing. You can add buttons to QF with 'button' or 'submit'.
I figure its got to be something along the lines of a query to populate the DG object and then just output it at the postGenerateForm function? Or am I just crazy? TIApostGenerateForm? Are you talking about DB_DO_FormBuilder then? Please reformulate your question, this is very confusing. Try DB_DataObject_FormBuilder_Frontend for data viewing and editing. http://pear.reversefold.com/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=pear:db_dataobject_formbuilder_frontend and http://pear.reversefold.com/example -- Justin Patrin
