I have my config set to 'beta' and I upgraded to PEAR 1.4.2beta before the
release.
Now that it is released when I run either "pear upgrade-all" or just "pear
upgrade PEAR" it downloads and says "Bus Error" or "Segmentation fault"
(first time was Bus Error, now it's Segmentation fault)
Here's my config:
Configuration (channel pear.php.net):

I keep my files in a main directory so all the items I have installed aren't
removed with each PHP installation. Other than that, things are standard
PEAR Installation. Is there a way to download and manually install 1.4.2?
