DB_DataObjects... Access more than one database

I have a need to access more than one MySQL database within a single script. Any way to do this with DB_DataObjects?
Basically, what I need to do is:
for each database
connect
select
for each line
retrieve
output
end for
disconnect
end for
Perhaps I should just skip DB_DataObjects and use basic PHP?
