Error, DB_ado install to Windows

Hello,
I have tried to install the DB_ado-1.3 to Windows2000
(PHP_OS='WINNT') system.
When typed 'pear install DB_ado' and run, I got the errors
'win32' operating system not supported
'rtlib' dependency type not supported
I found out the below lines in the /DB_ado/package.xml
<deps>
<dep type="php" rel="ge">4.1</dep>
<dep type="os" rel="has">win32</dep>
<dep type="ext" rel="has">com</dep>
<dep type="rtlib" rel="has">MS ADODB</dep>
<dep type="pkg" rel="has">DB</dep>
</deps>
but the PEAR/Dependency.php-1.14 don't support that
'rtlib' by the callCheckMethod($opts) and 'win32' by the checkOS($os)
Where can I get supported one?
