I don't remember if somebody has already asked it or if it was written somewhere on the PEAR website.
When someone has written a proposal (draft), how long time this proposal can stay in such state.
Will it be purge after a long period (how much time ?).
Are we keep aware of a such process (will be purge in N days) ?
