I have:
$timeOpts = array('format'=> 'hia');
When I process this, is there an easier way than:
$goTime = $v['goTime']['h'] . ":" .
$v['goTime']['i']
. ":" . if($v['goTime']['a'] == 'a'){
$v['goTime']['h'];
} else {
$v['goTime']['h'] + 12;
}
;
to get & process the time field?
