File_IMC doesnt not seem to parse vcalendar or build calandar properly

Hi there, for some reason im not getting expected results from the parse of an ical file. The key and values is extremely deep and requires extra formatting of the array to make it right, is this whats expected ? Also how is it possible to build vcalander markup with this package ? ["VERSION"]=>
