Structures_DataGrid upgrade breaking $page?

Hello,
I just upgraded to the most recent SDG and for some reason it broke my
page renderer. I based all my code off of the examples in the
documentation for 'Extending the DataGrid' but I have now had to include
a $page = $_GET['page']; line to get it to work again. Anybody else
having this problem with the most recent upgrade? Or is it just me? I
have plenty of other code to pull keys and fieldLables and all that jazz
so that could be influencing it, but I figured I'd shoot it out there
and see if anybody else ran into this situation.
