Hi,
Do the PEAR packages need to be in the Web folder, such as
C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/includes, or can they be stored elsewhere, such as
C:/windows/php/includes?
I understand that php.ini needs to specify the path but am unsure if it
needs to be in the Web folder.
