QF - Date leading zeros

It looks like in the manual that QF doesn't support date formats with leading zeroes. I've gotten around this by adding something like this in my form: $_POST['startdate']['M'] = ( $_POST['startdate']['M'] < 10 ? '0'.$_POST['startdate']['M'] : $_POST['startdate']['M']); $_POST['enddate']['M'] = ( $_POST['enddate']['M'] < 10 ? '0'.$_POST['enddate']['M'] : $_POST['enddate']['M']); I was wondering if there is a way to get the date element to support leading zero date formats or not.
