Quickform Controller

Hi everyone, I have sifted through all of the examples for QuickForm Controller (including the Statemachine example) and my Wizard is working fine and collecting all of the information nicely. When I take my forms and the controller controller and actually put it into my XHTML document, the Action_Jump header re-direct throws the following error and quits. Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /path/to/my/server/_lib/class.page.php:257) in /path/to/my/server/_pear/PEAR/HTML/QuickForm/Action/Jump.php on line 53 The class.page.php file is my own page class (simple, but it works), and line 257 is the following: echo "<html xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\" xml:lang=\"en\" lang=\"en\">\n"; Line 53 of Jump.php is: header('Location: ' . $url); When I take the controller back out of the document and just run it, it works fine. I think this has to be something simple, but I am uunable to see it right now. Any help is appreciated.
