HTML_Quick FORM not validating and posting

I have the following in one code.
*Part 1 *
$form1 = new HTML_QuickForm("form1", "GET")
after I validate the form
I $form1->process('process_data', false);
*Part 2 *
on process_data I start another form called
$form2 = new HTML_QuickForm("form2", "GET")
once that is validated I send it
to another page using header.
For some reason in part two when I view the form
I notice that the form action appears mysteriously.
I dont know Y that occurs.
<form action="/Login.php" method="get" name="form2" id="form2">
The second form does not go to form->process('process_data2', false)
it skips it.
In a nut shell, I have the fisrt form validate user email and password, onece that
is good, I have it open up with user information so it can be verified, after that
I send it to another function and then move to another page.
