I've tryed to add the mysql support directly on php.ini using extension and extension_dir directives but without any success... but I'm too much newbe.... Thank you Lukas PiviulThank you very much, I think I'll upgrade to mdb2 but first of all I need to install it. I've installed mdb2 but when I try to install the mysql driver: # pear install MDB2_Driver_mysql pear/MDB2_Driver_mysql requires PHP extension "mysql" No valid packages found install failed I'm sure I have installed mysql support in php because I can query it! Someone can help me to install mysql mdb2 driver support?the problem is likely that your php.ini file on the command line does not have mysql support enabled. so either you have to enable it on the command line or you can use the "-nodeps" option to tell the pear installer to ignore dependencies.
