How to order blocks in the template class

Hello
Is it possible to use blocks on different positions as they are in the
template file.
Example:
blocks.html
<!-- Begin test1 -->
<b>{VAR1}</b>
<!-- END test1 -->
<!-- Begin test2 -->
<i>{VAR1}</i>
<!-- END test2 -->
I'd like to call the blocks in different order
test1
test2
test1
but i always get the order as it is in the template
test1
test1
test2
Is there any way to do this?
