          The above dsn is correct so database is sucessfully connected.

    2)Now I am giving wrong declaration to the dsn

        $dsn = 'mysql://roooooooot:@localhost/student';

        Though i am giving wrong details

        No error message is displayed why??????

Perhaps because you're not connecting....? I don't see a call to DB::connect() up there. -- Justin Patrin
