Hi
I want to connect to multiple database within DO and do a join on tables within.
The documentation states:
--
When you have multiple databases you can use the database_* to specify the DSN for each database
Example 33-5. using multiple databases - database passwords
database_authentication = mysql://user:password@localhost/authentication
database_sales = mysql://user:password@localhost/sales-- Now how do I do this if I am using the ini method : ? The below obviously takes the last DB called. $config = parse_ini_file('authentication.ini',TRUE); foreach($config as $class=>$values) {
$options = &PEAR::getStaticProperty($class,'options');
$options = $values;
}
$config = parse_ini_file('sales.ini',TRUE);
foreach($config as $class=>$values) {
$options = &PEAR::getStaticProperty($class,'options');
$options = $values;
}
A little bit stuck on this, I havent really figured out how to get the best from the Docs available on Pear site.
