You can use $datagrid->render(DATAGRID_RENDER_PAGER, $options) where $options is an array with 'pagerOptions' as the key and the normal option that the Pager package accepts. If you want to use fill(), then create your own Pager instance, give it your desired options and call $datagrid->fill($pager).
