Well. I don't know what to say.
PEAR Cache just wiped out the entire directory of the test cahe file I was
trying to create. What is the problem with the mkdirs and the getcwd calls?
Are these known issues for windows users or am I just a moron?
It just seems that instead of trying to create new directories it should
give a warning about configuration and be done with it.... the whole
realpath and getcwd are what did the killing I think...
