[ANNOUNCEMENT] Config-1.10.7 (stable) Released.

The new PEAR package Config-1.10.7 (stable) has been released at http://pear.php.net/. Release notes ------------- Changelog: * Fixed Bug #7544: Empty attributes in IniCommented are being discarded (Luis Correa d'Almeida) * Fixed Bug #7652: wrong xml to phparray convert. Caused by counting position of directives and sections seperately. While when converting to some containers we want to count them together. * Add tests to confirm behaviour of Bug #8357. Do not believe it is fixable without removing features.
