$second_build->elementNamePrefix = 'formTwo';
use instead :
$second_build->fb_elementNamePrefix = 'formTwo';
Then, I don't think you should make two form objects, so juste make one form and use :
$form->process(array(&$first_build,'processForm'), false);
$form->process(array(&$second_build,'processForm'), false);
also don't forget to update your $first_table after having setup the $link_field property
