PEAR Template IT-X displaying 2 columns of data

Can pear template it-x do 2 columns of data? Like this? 1 2 3 4 5 6 I am able to display tables only on a single row..

                $tpl->setVariable('LANGUAGE', $name['language']);
                $tpl->setVariable('NAME', $name['name']);

                $tpl->parseCurrentBlock('row');

            }
