html_quickform_controller, smarty and textareas

Hi, I have a small problem with HTML_QF_Controller, Smarty and textareas. What might produce the problem but it is as follows: I have a textarea on a QF-page which I render using the Smarty Array renderer. One empty line in the beginning of the textarea disappears each time I visit another page in the controller and return to the page that contains the textarea. If I never return to the page that has the textarea the value is correctly received with the right amount of line feeds when validated. Any suggestions? br, Kim
