Did you run phpinfo() from the command line php or from inside the web
server? These are different, and might have different php.ini files.
Probably your php.ini for the command line php references these
libraries.
Run
php -i | less
and search ("/" key) for "php.ini". You can find the offending modules
in the php.ini or in one of the additional .ini files (if you have
additional .ini files).
