Installation Windows with go-pear

Hello, the Software: Windows 2000 SP3, Apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.2.3 when the go-pear run with php-cli c:\php\go-pear.php or php -f c:\php\go-pear-php can i set the location and then The following PEAR packages are bundled with PHP: DB, Net_Socket, Net_SMTP, Mail, XML_Parser. Would you like to install these as well?
