There is an inconsistency between the current manual, the code, and its filename for IT and ITX. The manual pear.php.net/manual/en/packages.templates.it.php requires HTML/IT.php and then instantiates HTML_Template_IT. The module path is pear/HTML/IT.php, so that's fine, but the class and constructor are named IntegratedTemplate, not HTML_Template_IT. Either the manual example should change to IntegratedTemplate() or the class should change to HTML_Template_IT. Since the latter would break everyone's working code, I suggest the former.
