i tried it with two templates but it still doesnt work.
Here is the code with two templates:

If you are going trough the links:

http://www.thier6.de/itx/index.php?ndpid=3
http://www.thier6.de/itx/index.php?ndpid=4
the active link is at the right position.
But the inactive links are not the right links.
Now ive made a mixed mode between templates and the hardcoded mysql result.
I changed the 2nd template with the hardocded.

http://www.thier6.de/itx/index_normal.phps
http://www.thier6.de/itx/template/active.phps
Now it works. But it doesnt work with two temmplates.
Could someone kick me in the right direction, mabe i´m blind and do need
some new glasses. :)
