PEAR package "HTML_TreeMenu" installation on Windows XP

I have tried to install the above package using "pear install HTML_TreeMenu". Although the package appears to install, it always installs into the wrong location. The PEAR path is C:\Program Files\PHP\PEAR but the package creates a folder C:\PHP\pear and installs into there. Looking at the pear.bat file, the correct path is specified, and the php.ini include_path contains the correct path, so what's going wrong? Regards, Ian Carter
