pear installation problem

Hi I try to install pear and it's appear to have a problem. When I try to run the go-pear.bat, I have this error message: Fatal error: Not valid internal .phar file (checksum error) in C:\PHP\PEAR\go-pear.phar on line 795 Press any key to continue . . . When I run the php pear\go-pear.phar then I will have the following error: Phar "c:\PHP\PEAR\go-pear.phar" does not have signaturePHP Warning: require_once(phar://go-pear.phar/index.php): failed to open stream: phar error: invalid url or non-existent phar "phar://go-pear.phar/index.php" in C:\PHP\PEAR\go-pear.phar on line 1236 PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'phar://go-pear.phar/index.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\PHP\PEAR\go-pear.phar on line 1236 Could you please help me out with it.
