fatal error on live server

Hi
I have no idea where to start with this. I have a quickform that only has a few fields for data
entry. On successful validation, I write the posted values to a database. This works perfectly on
localhost, but now that I've moved my application to the live server I get the following error.
Fatal error: Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in
/usr/local/lib/php/HTML/QuickForm/group.php on line 400
Is there something that needs to be setup on the server.
Please shed some light.
