pear list（） does not work　

Gentlemen, I am the training user of the PEAR systm . After installation of the XAMPP, I opend php admin to work. Normally, php admin left side items will work corectlly, but this time only the pear() does not show the detailed chart. I try to find out if the pear list is not insstalled. So try to seek that bundles. But fortunately, most of the Packges required are perfectlly installed.
