Multiple installations of PEAR for different versions of PHP

HI
I am using php 5.2.17, 5.3.14 and 5.4.4 for different projects. I needed to
install pear for each project. I am using windows XP SP3
At the moment I am using command "php go-pear.php" for each php version.
I do as follows
my current setup
3 php folders
php52
php53
php54
In each folder I use command php go-pear.php to install pear. after
installing pear I configure pear to use all directories within that folder
by using command "pear config-set" but I can't change it to use pear.ini
from php folder in which it is installed. It pick windows\pear.ini
Is there a way to configure pear the way I want?
