about the Mail class problem

Hello, I installed the latest PEAR, Net_SMTP, Net_Socket, "Mail" and "Mail_mime" packages, but when I use the mail class, there is an error "Fatal error: Class 'Mail' not found in C:\intranet.WWW\Test\mail.php on line 17". I believe I installed the package correctly, both Mail.php and mime.php can be found under PEAR and Mail folders respectively. What happens with the "Mail" class?
