On line 559 of pgsql.php, it should read
$query = $query . " LIMIT $count OFFSET $from";
The reason for this is that the old "LIMIT $count, $from" does not work with
version 7.3.1 of postgresql any longer. I don't believe there is a problem
with using it with the older versions as I believe that they also support
the OFFSET clause. Note that I have only tested it with 7.3.1 (nice
surprise after I upgraded, I guess I should have read the release notes
closer). If there are no problems with older versions, maybe we could have
it changed or have a workaround :) Thanks,
