Hi Guys,
I've just gotten access to a MS SQL server database and would like to ensure
the PEAR::DataObject can access a MSSQL database without problems.
However - I've got problems already. I changes my DSN in the
databaseconfig.ini file which creatTables.php reads in. I get a "DB Error:
no such database" error.
My file contains:-
[DB_DataObject]
database = mssql://mcarter:password@192.168.1.31/MedicalRecord
The username and password are authorised against the Windows domain
controller (same as my login for Windows in the office).
Does anybody know if the database name is case sensitive between the
PEAR::dataobject and the MSSQL server? I've kept it the same case anyway
(for now) but was just curious.
Any suggestions on problems much appreciated. Wanted to get the dataObjects
generated for this database today if possible.
Regards,
